How to recover Drive C:\ file if windows is not running

Step 1: You need a Hiren's Boot CD, Insert Hiren's Boot CD in Your Pc or Laptop & go to Bios setup option & select 1st boot device Cd rom drive then restart your computer.

Step 2: When the Cd boots then Choose option "Start Mini Windows XP".

Step 3: The Computer will be run on Mini Windows Xp, then You open the C:\ drive & copy the file to pen drive or external hard drive.
